1. Scope of Services

VaranasiRides.com provides airport transfers, railway station pickups/drops, outstation taxi services, pilgrimage travel (Buddhist Circuit, Jyotirlinga tours), event travel, and corporate cab bookings originating from Varanasi.

We specialize in planned travel and outstation routes. All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking request made through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp does not guarantee service until it is explicitly confirmed by our team.

Final pricing, vehicle type, pickup time, and driver details are shared only after confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute the confirmed vehicle with a similar or higher category vehicle in case of mechanical failure or vendor-related unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payments

All fares are quoted as fixed prices for the confirmed route and vehicle category. Pricing varies based on the distance and type of service (Local vs. Outstation).

Toll charges, parking fees, interstate taxes (e.g., Bihar, Jharkhand, or MP permits), and any government-imposed charges are not included unless explicitly stated in the final invoice/confirmation and must be paid by the customer directly.

Payment mode (cash, UPI, or other) is communicated during booking confirmation.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Waiting Time

• Provide accurate pickup, drop, and contact details.
• Be available at the pickup location at the confirmed time. A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for outstation trips, after which waiting charges may apply or the booking may be treated as a no-show.
• Ensure lawful behavior during the journey.
• Avoid carrying illegal or hazardous items in accordance with local regulations.

5. Delays, Cancellations & Unforeseen Events

While we strive to provide timely service, delays may occur due to heavy traffic (common in Varanasi city areas), weather, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or religious processions beyond our control.

VaranasiRides.com shall not be held liable for losses arising from such delays or force majeure events.

6. Limitation of Liability

VaranasiRides.com acts as a cab booking service provider / facilitator. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle, indirect losses, missed flights/trains, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the booking amount paid for the specific trip.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
